RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Vaydic Ayurveda, we are committed to providing quality Ayurvedic products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us and we will assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product received is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
  • The package is missing items that were part of your order.
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered Ayurvedic products may not be eligible for return, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible under applicable law.

2. Reporting a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • A description of the issue

For damaged shipments, we strongly recommend taking photographs or a video while opening the package.

3. Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another applicable method.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

A return or refund may not be accepted where:

  • The product has been opened or used, except where required by applicable law.
  • The product has been damaged after delivery due to improper storage, misuse, or handling.
  • The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
  • The customer refuses delivery without a valid reason.
  • The request is made outside the applicable return period.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at support@vaydicayurveda.com or +91 73033 88490.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

6. Exchanges

Product exchanges are subject to availability. Where an exchange is not possible, we may provide an applicable refund or another appropriate resolution.
